b. Booking & fees. If you purchase or book services via the Site you agree to pay the prices and fees displayed at checkout. All fees are in the currency shown and are non-refundable except as set out below.

DotBiz offers a 14-day money-back guarantee for eligible paid services as described on the Site. To request a refund, contact our team within 14 days of purchase. Refund eligibility may depend on service type and whether deliverables have already been provided.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at our discretion for violations of these Terms or for other reasons. Termination does not relieve you of obligations that accrued prior to termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the state of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, unless the parties agree to alternative dispute resolution.
